How does a session work?
A meeting lasts 60 minutes.
Each session is adapted to your situation and your needs. You will have the chance to express yourself and together we can explore your needs and your goals. Some sessions are based on guidance and coaching. If desired, or if necessary, hypnosis can be part of the session.
- If you need to share and express in such a way that the session is extended and goes beyond the hour, there will be an additional cost, every 15 minutes. This will only be possible if time permits.
- It is possible to book longer sessions in advance if you wish. Accordingly, there will be an additional cost.
Q: What is PROGRESSION?
If hypnosis is part of the session, it is usually done towards the end of the meeting, approximately in the last 20 minutes, once the goals are set. “Progressions” (leading to future goals) are a type of hypnosis session that is recorded and that I send to you afterwards, either on the same day or within 24 hours. These recordings are very pleasant, positive and relaxing. Before the hypnosis starts, the metaphorical structure is explained and selected beforehand. Clear suggestions, tailored to your exact needs, are also used during the progression session.
Q. What is REGRESSION?
If we wish to release certain blockages, certain residues of your past, the type of hypnosis used, or "regressions", will not be recorded because it is not necessary, nor useful. These sessions aim to free you from what is holding you back, to remove blockages. It is important to understand that regressions are not based on principles of psychotherapy and that it is not about reliving a past situation.
Regressions are done gently for the purpose of simply releasing the burdens (blockages) that are holding you back. This helps you create a positive future. In themselves, these sessions are relaxing, adapted, and intended to give you back clarity, to regain control.
After a hypnosis session, you will feel relaxed, clear, calm, and often deeply relieved, or inspired to move on.
It is recommended that you dedicate at least four sessions to achieve your goals and deepen the benefits and results of each session.
The prices vary. Please inquire for more details and available packages of two or four prepaid sessions at a discounted rate. We accept checks, cash or e-transfers.
Q. Do you provide us with receipts for Insurances?
The naturotherapy receipt that I provide is accepted by most insurance companies. I am a member of the “Association des Naturothérapeutes du Québec” ANQ # NA-5867. Since each insurance policy differs, please check with them first if this concerns you.
Q. What if I am late?
If you arrive late, I can only offer you the time you have left for the scheduled time.
Q. What if I need to cancel my session?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the schedule that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of $40. Clients who miss their appointment, will be charged a missed appointment fee of the full-service fee.
