Group Meditation Classes – Beginning January 21, 2026
You’re warmly invited to join an 8-week group meditation journey beginning Wednesday, January 21, from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm. This series offers a supportive space to slow down, turn inward, and cultivate calm, clarity, and balance.
Meditation has been widely shown to reduce stress and anxiety, support nervous system regulation, improve emotional balance, and cultivate presence, informed by the deep wisdom of ancient traditions.
